Lithuania, in my grandmother's village (the day I bought it)
Vilnius. My home. First accessory - Opel shield
Inside the car
Blaupunkt audio (not the best, but sounds it price and to me it is enough, right now there is no speaker in sill)
Tiuning begins
First step - darkened windows
Second step - two stripes (it is not serious I did that for one street challange just for a joke )
Third step - OPC spoiler
Fourth step - light in a handle
Fifth step - new rims
Sixth step - coloured side skirts
Seventh step - new stickers
Eighth step - xenon
Ninth step - 30mm drop
My Astra G is also one of Vilnius (Lithuania's capital) street challengers First time we took 3 of 19 place and second time we took 1 of 18 place Definitely, we haven't stoped competing, but I don't wanna write too much here ;D If you want to see some more photos you are welcome in my car's BLOG --> http://my.opera.com/OpelAstra/albums/

The 25'th of October probably is the best day this year to Astras' drivers "Lada" club organized touring rally and it was amazing Who doesn't know i can say that touring rally is somekind of street challenge but in every check point you have to complete various tasks (change wheel, answer questions about driving rules, drive slalom...). Beside, you can't drive faster than the speed limits are All in all, two Opel Astra cars won 1 cup, 1 screwdriver kit, 6 medals and 7 diplomas Superb touring rally, organizers and all the day Photos --> http://my.opera.com/OpelAstra/albums/show.dml?id=626621 and video clip of slalom --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCFyhWtDoxU

Hi Algirdass,
Your Astra G looks pretty good. Lots of work to have improved it that way!!
I have got OA(G) Classic 1.6, blue metallic finish, manufactured in March 2008 and like it very much indeed. I have made 33,000 kms without any breakdown (except for a blown bulb in the socket circle ) so far.
Some people may say the car body as well as its interior is rather old fashioned but I should think, reliability, quality and driving comfort are more important.
Greetings from CZ to LT & the (three) Baltics

Re: Astra G -=LITHUANIA=-
Oh, yes. That’s right.
Just the classic car-body shapes/lines without any "trendy" front grill with childish headlights. And, as far as the dashboard is concerned, G looks much better than H as well, because there are no cheap & cold metallic decorative odds and futuristic "skins" inside Astra G.
