- skusime nastartovat, ak nenastartuje na prvy krat skusime znova
- po nastarovani nechame bezat motor aj cerpadlo paliva
- vypneme motor, potom cerpadlo, spatnu hadicu zapojime spat
otazka pre odbornikov: asi kolko paliva precerpa to cerpadlo pocas 3min?
cital som "jak na to" ale tam su podla mna napisane nezmysli...
Fuel System, Bleed (X 20 DTH, Y 22 DTH)
Caution Fuel escapes – observe safety measures and national legislation.
Open bonnet, disconnect battery Open hose clamp from fuel return hose (1).
Pull fuel return hose off from fuel return line – collect escaping fuel.
Connect intake line (7) of Bleeder KM-948 (1) to fuel return hose with reduction piece.
Attach KM-948 pressure line (2) with accompanying hose clamp (3) to fuel return line.
For Y22DTH: Attach adapter KM-948-200-1 (5) and KM-948-200-2 (4) to KM-948
Attach plug of snap connection KM-948-200-1 to intake line
Note: The fuel filter (8) is located in the intake line
Attach bush of snap connection KM-948-200-2 to pressure line (2).
Attach KM-948.
Note: Snap connections must engage noticeably and audibly.
Connect KM-948 to battery and allow to run for approx. 3 minutes without starter actuation (pre-bleeding).
When the time has elapsed, actuate the starter until the engine starts (starting operation max. 40 seconds).
If the engine does not start during this time, the starting procedure must be repeated after approx. 20 seconds (recovery phase for battery and starter).
Following successful start, allow engine to idle briefly with connected Bleeder Unit KM-948.
Disconnect battery
Remove KM-948.
For Y 22DTH: Detach KM-948-200-1 and KM-948-200-2 from fuel supply line and fuel return line.
Attach fuel return hose to fuel return line and fasten with new hose clamp.
Connect battery and program volatile memories - see "Volatile Memories, Program"
Start engine and check fuel system for leaks.
